With the start of the 2025/26 fall sports season, we would like to make you aware of Lakeshore's partnership with Corewell Health’s Sports Medicine Program. Corewell Health is the preferred provider of medical services for Lancer Athletics, and we are proud to partner with Corewell to provide athletic training and physical therapy services for our Lancer Athletes. MEET YOUR HEALTHCARE TEAM DAN TINKEY Dan is the athletic trainer for Lakeshore Public School System. Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Western Michigan University in 1980. He is certified by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and is licensed in the state of Michigan. Dan has been working with athletes of all ages since 1980. SARA CONNOLLY Sara is a physical therapist that works at Corewell Health Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Sara earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in 2015 and completed her manual orthopedic residency in 2016. Sara is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and is McKenzie Certified. Sara is excited to start working with Lakeshore athletes and we are glad to have Sara as a part of our Sports Medicine Team.
