STEVENSVILLE — The St. Joseph Bears pulled away in the second quarter to secure a 45–10 win over the Lakeshore Lancers in the annual "War by the Shore" rivalry matchup on Friday night. Lakeshore struck first on their opening drive when Drew Scholton capped a 6-play, 22-yard drive with a 27-yard field goal to give the Lancers an early 3–0 lead. However, St. Joseph responded quickly with a 3-yard touchdown run from Ishmael Dixon to make it 7–3.
